By creating a Zipplign account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- One person, one account. Impersonation is not allowed.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Zipplign a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, reformat and distribute that content inside the app so we can show it to other users. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared or downloaded by others.
Community standards
Do not post or send:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content.
- Graphic violence, harassment, hate speech or threats.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, including unlicensed music.
- Spam, scams, malware or artificially inflated engagement.
Reported content is reviewed by moderators. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Sounds
Uploaded sounds are reviewed before they become available to other creators. Only upload audio you own or are licensed to share.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
Disclaimer
Zipplign is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
